I didn’t realize that there even was a Bike to Work Week (May 13th – May 17th). Biking is great exercise and I try to get out at least once a week for 10 mile+ ride.
I don’t commute, but for those that do, here are some great reasons to give biking to work a try. Or, for those like me, some great reasons to incorporate biking into your exercise routine.
