Ok, do people still fall for these gimmicks?
We published a vintage weight loss article that looks at all the crazy weight loss gimmicks that have existed in yesteryear, BUT it appears as though history merely repeats itself.

Wrapping yourself up in a plastic bag while you workout definitely will make you sweat, but will that sweating result in getting rid of bums, thighs, upper arms, and tums?
Your body will be working harder to cool itself down, but the results are highly exaggerated. Strength training exercises that continue to burn calories long after the workout are your best bet.
The Sweatz Vest is just a rehash of a gimmick tried before and I think cutting head and arm holes out of a trash bag would work just as well.
What do you think of products like the Sweatz Weight Loss Vest?
